Perfast Payroll is a powerful, flexible yet easy-to-use Payroll processing and administration software application. It is designed to meet the statutory and managerial requirements of the organisation. Its many features include comprehensive analysis of employee costings for financial management purposes.
Payroll UK/Ireland
Perfast Payroll will satisfy the statutory requirements of the UK and Ireland. Both versions offer the same functionality and comply with the relevant statutory legislation in each jurisdiction.
All statutory tax and insurance calculations are determined to statutory requirements, including Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) and Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP). There are also optional modules for P11D (benefit-in-kind inland revenue returns) as well as Profit Related Pay.
Flexibility
Perfast Payroll supports multiple methods of payment including cheque, cash and electronic media, e.g. BACS/PAYPATH. Multiple bank accounts can also be credited in a distribution of net pay. The distribution can be in both base currency and Euro currency.
Perfast Payroll contains an extensive number of payment and deduction types ranging from simple to complex (formula driven). Perfast is very strong in maintaining history records. Payslips can be shown on-screen (or printed) for any pay period previously processed.
Data Input
Perfast Payroll will accept authorised transactions automatically from Perfast Time & Attendance into the employees time-sheet (data can also be taken from third party systems). Manual adjustments can be made to this data for urgent and last minute changes. The decision to act on these changes will lie with the Payroll department. Data can also be entered manually through a time-sheet entry facility if the Time and Attendance system is not utilised.

Costing Analysis
Employee cost-analysis reporting is another important feature within Perfast. This gives management the ability to analyse staff distribution costs across departments. When integrated with Time & Attendance, the scope for cost-based reporting increases significantly as management can then report using actual costs and time worked as the basis for their calculations.
The spread of employee costs across a range of cost centres is available within Perfast. Cost centre distribution applies to all elements of pay including Employers Social Insurance (distributed on a pro rata basis to the other pay elements) and all other elements.
